We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in the event you wish to make a return, please see our policy below!
- ALL returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item MUST be in original condition.
- The item MUST not be worn, washed, have any imperfections, or have been altered in any way.
- Please note that items marked on sale/discounted are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Please note we do not offer order cancellations.
- Please note Elaine Collective will refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements or align with our policies.
To begin your return, email us at: shopelainecollective@gmail.com (by your 14 day date of receiving your order). In your email, please list your order number and let us know of your reason for return. We will respond back as soon as possible!
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in returning your purchase to Elaine Collective. We are not able to offer refunds to your original form of payment. A refund will be issued in the form of store credit for Elaine Collective upon receiving your return and will not contain a date of expiration.
